NMA offering valuable internship opportunities

NMA is offering a number of internship opportunities to students entering their junior or senior year in college eager to gain practical work experience in the nation's capital. Beginning in the spring, NMA will offer internships designed to support its communications, government affairs and legal and regulatory initiatives.

"Interning with NMA offers undergraduate students, particularly those with close ties to the mining community, an invaluable opportunity to further their future career prospects, while helping NMA advance the interests of the mining industry," said NMA President and CEO Kraig R. Naasz. "In addition, in many cases internships can translate into course credits, making an internship at NMA that much more valuable," said Naasz.

Students interested in interning at NMA should contact Jason Chambers at (202) 463-2600 or at jchambers@nma.org.
