NMA Names Gravatt Senior Vice President, Communications
The following statement was released today by National Mining Association (NMA) President and CEO Hal Quinn:
“The National Mining Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy Gravatt to the position of senior vice president of communications effective Jan. 3, 2013. Gravatt replaces Carol Raulston, who will remain with NMA until May 15, when she plans to retire.

EPA's latest decision withholds an essential Section 404 Clean Water Act permit for CONSOL Energy's Miller Creek operations in West Virginia.
