MINER Act Workshops
The National Mining Association (NMA), in partnership with affiliated state associations and various regional organizations, hosted five workshops designed to assist coal companies implement the provisions of the Mine Improvement and New Emergency Response (MINER) Act that President Bush signed into law in mid-June.
The workshops were open to NMA member companies and all interested parties. Below, please find the presentations for each of the six workshops.
